Our customer support hours are Mon to Sat: 4:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UTC). You had contacted on the Sunday with the problem in regards to no invoice being sent, this is likely an e-mail issue with ProtonMail blocking emails, we had replied to you notifying we had confirmed payment and the order was processing and this was done out of hours. Our initial reply to you also listed these hours in the email signature.

Our store aims to maintain a healthy work/life balance for all staff, if replied to during the weekend that means a staff member has chosen to during their free time.

While I understand your concern all it takes is a little patience, we are experienced at what we do. We will look further into the email not arriving issue.

I ordered yesterday, not Sunday. Without issue however as we have confirmed the shipping address is correct, which is why I wanted the invoice.

The days fly when you reach a certain age!

Regardless, it is still out of hours. We operate on UTC, You were emailing us at midnight on our support hours.

I have responded to you as to why your invoice email was blocked, I am sure once you read that email you will understand. Your email address contains certain words which are very highly affiliated with spam. E-mail servers must maintain a high reputation to ensure they reach inbox and not spam and in turn will not attempt to send an email to an address that contains profanity.

I'll cast myself into a full review from start to end! Plan to order Modafinil this morning so I'll happily write about my experience from start to finish. I expect a positive review which we know new folks to any market value more than most.
