I haven’t gotten a response on wickr or protonWrote two emails, no response… would be great if you could check your proton too.
I was wondering th status on one of my orders from the 24th. I messaged you on wickr. ThanksSorry boys, this week I took off as a personal matter i’ve told some of you already, with minimal engagement on emails. Everything is now back to 100%.

Hey man, as I said usually, if the tracking on DHL says to call DHL, its because they require a confirmation on your address. If they do infact say its seized, which they wont tell you over the phone(Tracking will just say its seized instead…) then we always reship.He told me to call DHL. I guess this is a loss, too bad I liked the product selection.

As you see with a lot of people here, Fedex recently has been not updating for a while now (as well as DHL Express) and we’ve been extensively working at it, but the matter is fedex seems super delayed and updating only when its in customs. As a result, i’m just telling everyone to wait for updates. The order status was (and is) stuck on ‘preparing package.’ If the tracking number is in my account, I can’t find it. I hit up Dragon on Wickr and he sent me the number. Mine didn’t update at all for a couple weeks until it said it’s just moving through their network/systems or whatever. Then another 3 weeks later I got a letter from customs.
Is it a Fedex #?I’m 10 days in now and it still just says a label was created. That’s all.
