Looks like Dragon has had some issues lately. I've used them for years without a problem so I placed an order recently without checking here at all. I got an email that half of it shipped a couple days after and seemed fine, but that shipment has been sitting in California for 2 weeks now listed as "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" with no movement. Also have yet to hear about the other half of my order being shipped at all. I sent an email and no word back at all, I hope it all comes in soon and it isn't a serious problem, might have to look elsewhere next time if I don't get it/hear back soon.

If you happen to be on here, seems like you haven't posted in quite a while, @DragonOrdnance and can update me on order #06019203113 I would love to get some info.

Just wanted to drop a quick update. I got the second half of my order, which I had never received any notice it had shipped or tracking info on, today in my mailbox. I assume it was from Dragon as I haven't ordered anything else that it could have been (pack of 10 peptides). Glad to see it's getting here and hopefully there are just some communication issues in their company right now due to turnover, extra pressure from somewhere, etc. I would much prefer poor communication and my pack gets here than a company updating me and not delivering. It came in total about 2.5 weeks after order which fits their estimated 2-3 week T/A, so no complaints on my part.

If I hear anything about the first half that appears stuck by the tracking info or get a response from Dragon I'll update here as well.

Unfortunately it does happen with USPS. "departed shipping partner facility" usually means that you should try the tracking through the first courier, which if its from china, will usually be with CN post EMS etc. I'd use 17track to see. But its moving.

I'm happy that the 2nd half showed up though. If it takes more than 20-30 days with the departed shipping facility update, just email us so we can begin to investigate if it was potentially lost.

Thanks for the info, that first portion did finally update out of the blue this morning and arrived the same day so I did get it. I only received a USPS tracking number so I didn't have any option to look at tracking at an earlier stage, this may be related to some sort of opsec as well so I understand not necessarily giving that information (I've also seen on a few of Dragon's posts that they have a way of avoiding customs entirely so it could be there isn't any typical way of sending tracking info that would work in this instance.) I did eventually get everything so I'm very happy with that. Seems like the communication from the source is a bit worse than it has been in the past (for instance I only ever received tracking info on one of the 2 packs and the order on the site is still listed as "preparing package" so interestingly I can't even mark it as completed, which isn't a problem for me at all) though with everything else going on in the world and possible stressors in the business it seems they may be stretched a bit, which if I get my order at the end of the day I can handle that.

This is a scam now and do not waste your money or time here.

So originally was super satisfied with them. This has turned into a disaster. Over a month to get the first half of the the order. The second wasn’t even shipped, and was not noticed until a month later.

Part of the first order came and let’s just say it wasn’t just crashed. The vials oil looked like it was made in a dirty environment and and had odor emitting from it.

It’s not been over 2 months since I ordered, 5 weeks since a refund was offered and requested for the products that didn’t even ship. And I’m still getting the “I’ll ask dragon to send as soon as possible”. Which is a laughable response the 4th f-ing time you get it.

Just following up that order from I’m waiting 6-7 weeks now and have emailed @DragonOrdnance and got told I’ll receive tracking within 2 weeks, that they’ll send it asap, that it’s already shipped and I’ll get shipping within a week, and now after 6-7 weeks that I’ll receive it asap again

I’m hoping I get a real tracking number, any old post I’ve updated when they pulled through despite long delays.

Unfortunately Turkish suppliers as a whole are going through a huge problem with customs upping their game temporarily, and are having to send by batches due to the overwhelming volume and chances of getting caught. UPS is seemingly the only receiver besides DHL accepting packages.

Lots of people have been refunded as of this week, as the issue became apparent.

We don't do fake tracking numbers - if you receive a tracking # with no update for a while, its due to the reshipping method. Thats China though.
