I placed an order Feb 1 and it's still not here. Tracking says it left China on Feb 11.

I'm in Canada. Getting annoyed.

Unfortunately gonna have to say stay away from this source until they figure everything out. Lots of people in lots of forums are complaining about waiting months with few or no replies to their inquiries.

If they get my order to me eventually I’ll update this post and let everyone know how it went, but it’s been roughly 3 weeks and I can’t even get them to explain why I need to pay an extra 115 dollars on my order. I know I underpaid for shipping (it’s a website mistake), but standard shipping is 50, not 125. Like I told them before, I don’t mind paying the extra to make it right (hopefully just the 40), but with an average of 1 email reply per week, I’m starting to think my almost 600 usd order won’t get shipped.

Let’s see what happens though. Like I said, I’ll update if this changes, but it’s really hard to recommend them at this time… I’ll likely need to place an order with a different source if this continues. There is a holiday in China right now so I don’t expect my order right away, but still, Jesus, I also don’t expect them to just sit on my money either. Hopefully I’m proven wrong!

Yeah I wanted to try them but it seems terrible right now. Even if they make your order right, waiting that long is way past unacceptable and I'd be losing it. But what can you actually do other than sit and wait. Bad business with that company

I just want to post that I recently made an almost $1k purchase from them and received it in a little over 3 weeks. Everything was there. I used to order from PPL up until a couple years ago. I saw he started selling narcotics and I didn't want the heat so I changed sources. I never had problems with him though even with people complaining. It seems similar to DO. Maybe a small % get fucked and I've just been lucky, I don't know. Usually takes a day to get an email response, but they're on the other side of the globe.
