[Source Complaint] TP HGH 9/28/2019

I’m surprised I’m doing this, as usually TP has a good reputation.
I’ve ordered from him in the past and had zero issues. He doesn’t always communicate well but it gets the job done. The HGH is great so can’t complain about that, either.
Anyways, I recently ordered (me and some friends pooled together) 25 of his new Yellow Top Kits. Domestic shipping. Obviously that’s a lot of money, but we’ve never had issues in the past. Sent the bitcoin, got his ‘ok’ confirmation. Couple days later the HGH arrives. Problem is, only 19 kits. 6 short. That’s not just some minor counting error that’s pretty egregious. I thought okay, I did order a lot of kits, maybe he has to ship them separately or from different shippers, but nope, more never came.
The weird thing was the kits came in a box that was almost full. It had the 19 kits in there and if it had a 20th it would have been completely full. So even if the box was full, the max that could have been in there was 20 kits. That just struck me as odd as well.

I emailed him twice over the span of 6 days now with no response at all. I hate to say it because I liked him as a source, but he may be ghosting me and leaving me out 6 Kits.
Hate to be posting this and hoping it gets resolved but as of yet I’ve had zero response. I have to figure the shipper could just count their inventory and see that he must he 6 kits over what he should be so it shouldn’t be as hard as it is becoming.

Does TP even source here? I thought TP sourced from another board? Are you posting this just as a warning to others who buy from TP or what? Since he isn’t a source here, the mods can’t do anything about it.

Only person who could make it right potentially is TP himself and like I said he hasn’t even responded.

Ah, alright bud! Good looking out, I know a lot of people buy from him, I was just curious.

Yeah and like I said I’ve ordered from him before too with no problems. This is the first error but it’s a pretty big one. And that lack of any response is the worst thing.

Hopefully it’s not something that’s happening to everyone else but it may not be a bad idea to get the word out in case I’m not the only one.

Well that wasn’t stated so I do not believe that to be the case. That’s not what it says in his pricing. And he did not say that when he confirmed payment. If it were the case he could have stated that at any time.

But somehow I doubt he’s withholding 6 kits over $25 and not saying a word about it.

I can appreciate a concern for the general community but this source is not on our board. I suggest contacting the source directly, or expressing your concern in the community you originally found them in brother.
