Excuse me? shitty for no reason?

This individual has made up every single excuse in the book. How am I being shitty? I’ve been more than willing to work with this individual, but every step of the day, he’s come up with some random allegaion.

Instead of just listening to me and trying to work out it, It’s always been “No! you’re out to get me.” Yeah…out of the 100s of clients that I deal with, I am randomly trying to hurt 1 single individual. Really?

First he claimed that customs has his pack. I explained poliety that is not the case, because I ship a ton of packs and know if a pack is seized or not based on the scan. I ended up being right.

Then he claimed that there was foul play. I explained my shipper can contact the shipping company and confirm that the postal code matches what was provided. I ended up bring right.

Then he posted up a story on here, making whole bunch of other random allegations and questioning my character and citing that the DDOS attack being false. I posted proof that it was true. I ended up bring right.

Then he disappears for 7-10 days, does not respond to my post on here then randomly re-appears and comes up with a completely new excuse.

Literally every excuse in the book has been used up, and refuted, and then now he comes up with one that I cannot technically refute. How am I gonna refute this without literally having the pack in front of me. I can’t.

Does not take a genius to figure out what’s going on here.

I don’t see how the source is being shitty here. He’s clearly just getting to the point and seems to b pretty transparent if he did send all of their conversations to the mods on his own imo. Obviously he isnt trying to pull one over on someone, especially since the dude disappeared for over a week.

FYI

I can attest to the fact that PGA has reshipped a pack for me completely free just because he felt being nice.I did not even ask. I have ordered from him 5 plus times and only once had a small pack get mis delivered and he just resent. I was surprised.I genuinely think PGA is pissed off at the fact that the OP started disrespecting him and the entire foul play scenario.

I didn’t mean to say he is being shitty. If his shipper made the mistake and the customer made no mistake in sending the address then the issue is on the suppliers end and hows he’s acting is shitty. If the customer made a mistake then he has his policy and that’s that. We won’t know what it is until proof is posted as I doubt either of them admit wrongdoing

I’m saying if the shipping mistake was on you end, the customer should be able to prove that with an order confirmation and your refusal to act on that (if proof is provided) would be shitty

Okay first of all I havent made an excuse for anything, I have nothing to make an excuse for. Everything I’ve said I clearly explained my reasoning for it and the rationale behind my thinking. Also, you have not at all tried to help out so to say you tried to work it out and instead of me listening I claimed “you’re out to get me” is just completely crazy and uncomprehendable for me. How have you tried to work it out?? Please explain. You have only gotten defensive and refused to do anything except have your shipper contact USPS. I asked for refunds I asked for reships I asked for your help and opinion on this multiple times and you ignored my emails almost everytime. You still havent repsonded to my last 3 emails but you can post on here. My package was lost and had not had a tracking update for over 20 days and you still said nothing is wrong. The address your shipper put on my package was incorrect and not the same address I gave you when I made the order, you say you cant refute this, well of course you cant because it’s the truth. You can call USPS and hear it from them if youd like or just look at the situation and use logic to realize it is what happened tracking hasn’t updated in 30+ days, the last scan was outbound out of customs. It never made it through a USPS facility because the address on it doesnt exist.

I “disappeared” for 7 to 10 days on here because I went on vacation and didnt have my computer with me, not like it matters because you’re the one who disappears and doesnt respond to my emails for days at a time.

Also I never said anything about your DDOS attacks being false and never made allegations that you scammed me on here, in my first post I clearly said I’m not claiming you never sent the package or arr trying to steal my money, I said a package was sent but that it had not arrived yet. What i comaplined about on here was your disorganization lack of communication and unprofessionalism. But now that it has come to light that your shipper put the wrong address on my package and you are not responding to my emails to fix this I am complaining about that.

Your continuing posting on here isnt helping the situation at all and it’s only inviting drama and trash talking and that was what we are supposed to avoid. That’s why I emailed you over and over before I posted anything on here, but you’re continuous ignoring my emails and claiming you did nothing wrong forced me to post on here and now i updated my post and ssid more about you when once again after me emailing you trying to work it out was ignored. I tried since day one to solve this issue with you and not involve SST, I would have never said a single thing on herr if you would have just responded to my emails and tried to solve this yourself but now everyone cam see what is going on and now the board is involved which was never necessary. This could have been avoided if you would have responded to my emails and attempted to deal with this.

Please read my reply to him. I attempted multiple times over the course of weeks to sort this issue out with him, but after constantly ignoring my emails and not doing anything I had to post on here. I never tried or wamted to disrespect him or sully his reputation but after him not doing anything I had to post the situation on the forum.
