EDIT 8/11/19: Having spoken with USPS finally the package was addressed incorrectly. The shipper did not put the apt number on the shipping label therefore it was stuck in limbo and has now been sent back to the return address. I have contacted PGA about this 4 days ago and he has still not responded to my email. Now it is not just a complaint about disorganization and my package being lost, now this is an outright failure of him to fulfill the order after his mistake. I paid for the order, they sent it to the wrong address and will now not send me a reship or refund.
I sent an 800 dollar order June 24th and after much disorganization and mix up on the sources end here it is over a month later and I still do not have my order. From the sources posting history and my interaction with him I would say this source is very unreliable and unprofessional. All the problems he has seemed to have (regarding my order and his history on this board) he always makes excuses and doesn’t ever take responsibility for any failure on his end. I would strongly advise against anyone using this.
I will say exactly what I said to him and explain the reasoning for my conclusion.
If you look at this sources posts you can see issues others have posted (maybe not a lot) and problems he had with his website. He always seemed to have an excuse for why it was someone else’s fault. For example when his website was having problems and slow communication he said it was rival sources and DDOS attacks on his website trying to hurt his business. Instead of simply saying yeah my website is messed up and emails are slow right now we are having problems and they will be fixed soon he immediately blamed it on someone else.
My experience and reasoning to him for why I was getting suspicious and the whole thing seemed fishy:
order and payment was confirmed the 24th of June
you replied on the 25th saying confirmed, will reply with tracking by tomorrow.
No contact from you so I email you on the 1st of July asking for that tracking number I had been promised almost an entire week ago.
You respond the 2nd saying it has not been sent out yet (7 days after confirmation of payment) that because of Canada day it hasn’t gone out yet. It will go out today and I will have tracking for you by tonight.
the next day on the 3rd you still havent sent tracking so I email again asking if it has gone out yet.
You respond on the 3rd with a tracking number.
You send an email 3 days later saying you sent me the wrong tracking number that the one you gave me was for a different order for someone else that had a similar name and it was our shippers fault for the mix up.
tracking has not changed on that package for 12 days now.
I have never ordered from you before so I don’t know if you are legit or not and there are mixed reviews for you on SST. AND you seem to have a lot of excuses for a lot of things from your postings on there, you seem to have a problem with accepting responsibility.
The lasting tracking update is July 10th saying outbound out of customs.
ON july 21st I was tired of the back and forth and the multiple excuses so i emailed saying I was tired of the experience and I wanted a refund because the package obviously isnt coming and instead of a reship I want a refund you can keep your gear.
He responds asking if I think he is Amazon (because after a month of no package apparently I am impatient) and that I have no right to demand a refund etc. etc. etc. that since the package has shipped his end of the deal has been fulfilled and it is no longer his responsibility and that I need to take it up with USPS because it is their fault for not updating tracking information and their fault that the order has not arrived. He also refused to reship or refund saying that his part is fulfilled and that it is USPS problem now that I should contact them.
after much heated debate back and and forth on july 22nd I emailed and said I admit that I let my anger get the best of me and was a little rude and apologized for jumping to conclusions and demanding a refund. I did explain my reasoning for thinking something was fishy and for saying ti seemed like I was being scammed or stolen from. other negative reviews, the excuses for the website and email problems his constant blaming someone else for the problems, the fact that I didn’t get racking until a week after i was promised to get it, long delays in communication, the fact that I had to ask multiple times for tracking and then I actually got the wrong tracking number, the blaming of USPS, claiming he had no responsibility for fulfilling orders after they are shipped, that I had never used him before and therefore didn’t know how legit and honest he was, and the whole experience made it seem like he was simply strecthing it out for as long as he could to keep me from posting a negative review so he could scam other people.
I am not claiming he was scamming other people but if anyone recalls when many sources have exit scammed in the past they always try to give excuses to clients for hwy packs are not shipping and arriving in an attempt to delay them form posting and alerting others. A source will decide to exit scam and continue taking orders, they will act business as usual and keep posting on the board acting like nothing is wrong, then when clients start getting impatient they will give excuses for the delays in an attempt to continue taking orders from others so they can exit with as much money as possible. When this happens confirmation of order and payment is always quick and normal but then after that communication slows down and excuses are made for the delays to keep clients unsuspecting and quiet. I’ve been around SST for around 4 years and have seen this multiple times and that is what it felt like was happening to me, right or wrong my suspicion and reasoning was well founded in my eyes.
So now it is July 30th, the last tracking update is the 10th and says outbound out of customs he has not replied to either of the 2 emails Ive sent him since the 22nd and USPS has not been able to give me an update on my package. I would expect this source to do something because my package is obviously not coming. I have ordered from at least 15 different labs off of SSt and have had problems with only 2, HOG (which we all know what happened to him) and this source.
I am not claiming he scammed me and never sent anything, he sent a package, IDK where it was addressed to or where it is but he sent a package. My complaint is with his excuses and long delay of shipping my package, his unwillingness to do anything about the circumstance and refusal to give a reship or refund, his claim that it is solely USPS fault, and the entire shadiness and difficulty of the experience. In this circumstance most sources would do something instead of being defensive and blaming everyone else, regardless of any debate between the client (If I could I would copy and paste every email to prove I was not the one who was initially rude and that I was far from impatient). Its been over a month now and I am just now posting a source complaint if that isn’t patience idk what is.
Like I said I would strongly advise against using this source. He lacks organization, professionalism, and the ability to be a man and take responsibility when something goes wrong, and the willingness to make right when his packages do not make it to the client.
