[Source Complaint] Misriah 09/20/2019

I’ve paid misriah $160 for 3 orders of Raloxifene, and they have yet to get back to me and it’s been 4 days or so now. No tracking, no payment confirmation, I’ve sent them multiple emails trying to get ahold of them, and still nothing. I’m out $160, and my order hasn’t been fulfilled. Please, Misriah let’s resolve this.

It’s been 4 days, I wouldn’t assume you’re out anything at this point in time. Misriah has had communication issues off and on these last three or four months , they’ve had a lot going on apparently.

I’ll add onto this, I posted this in the source forum without knowing this thread existed. I sent an email requesting to see if a pack had gone out and receiced a reply 9/13 from the rep saying theyMd get back to me with an update. It is now 9/20 and I still haven’t received a reply, despite sending a couple reminder emails. The rep has been active on the forum somewhat but since the 13th the rep has posted saying all emails have been replied to at least twice and but I didn’t make it into “all” group of responses. Payment confirmation came in on the 9th so it’s not an unheard of TA time or anything, but the lack of communicarion is what’s frustrating more than anything. Honestly even a simple, “ I see your emails, we’ve just been swamped but your pack hasn’t been forgotten about” or something along those lines would be welcomed.

I agree, extremely unprofessional. Won’t be doing business with them if this isn’t resolved soon.

I feel similarly, I didn’t give any sort of ultimatum or threaten to not give business or anything because honestly if my pack arrives soon (11th day of TA, nothing unheard of or concerning IMO) and there’s a reasonable response that explains the week long silence I’ll be happy. That being said it seems as if these issues of less than ideal response times have been an issue for a while, and I’ll take the blame for not thouroughly reading the source thread and seeing that ahead of time. I understand this isn’t amazon and people have other jobs but at the same time it’s a service you pay for and I feel like some accountability in terms of communication should be expected. Again, if this comes across as being pissed off I’m not, I’m just looking for clarification and an explanation now.

If it’s not against the rules which I don’t think it is, I’ll bump the source thread daily to hopefully not get forgotten, but at this point sending ANOTHER email doesn’t seem worth the effort. The emails didn’t disappear so I know someone saw them at one point, but posting to SST about my experience with them seems to be the best source of transparency, if Misriah won’t provide any himself, that can be offered to other people here. I won’t post in the source thread to trash talk with unbacked, illogical conclusions, or to discourage anyone from buying from them but just to be like hey this is what my experience with the source was, take it as you will. If I do happen to get an email back or my pack arrives I’ll mention that too, because I think negatives AND positives should be mentioned.

You waited 4 days… give them a week and send an email if they’re domestic. They’re people too often with 40+hr week jobs , sometimes your pack is in the mail and they forget, sometimes they forget to send tracking, sometimes usps2-3day is 4 day, etc. Just be patient (and/or contact source with excellent feedback).

3 weeks with nothing for responses… go raise hell. Otherwise be patient for more than a few days.

I think you were replying to the other guy because I don’t think you have to wait 3 weeks before you want a reply, but a week seems like more than enough time for an email reply, but it’s also about the fact that they’ve also said they’ve responded to all emails when they haven’t. I don’t think the standard for communication should be so low that you have to wait 3 weeks before you should expect a response. Patience is important but I’m not even sure my package has gone out. The last I heard was she was contacting Misriah for an update and I never got the update, or a confirmation that the package shipped.

Dude… Imagine the work these dudes do and all the orders they get… I understand it should be quicker, but in the end as long as you get your product and it is a quality product, you should be happy… These dudes are committing serious crimes on a daily. Asis and selling us gear cheaper then almost anywhere. So I would cut these dudes a little slack. If something goes wrong on their end getting stock, there could be a hiccup. I’m not completely defending what is going on here because I don’t know. But seriously dude … think about what they are doing for you

Going to be going on 9 days without an email response unless I get one tonight, I was going to give benefit of the doubt but it’s getting harder and harder.

Misriah claims placks go out in 2-5 days so assuming 5 days, that leaves 7 days that it’s been in usps, and since tomorrows sunday it’ll be at least 9 days which is a long time to be in shipping. I’m starting to suspect there was an issue with my package. If there wasn’t it should be pretty easy to clear up but I can’t tell if that’s part of the reason why my emails have been dodged. Again not saying this is the case but if it wasn’t I’d think it’d be easy and they’d want to clear things up, but even if the rep is MIA I’d think Misriah would step up and reply since it is his customers at the end of the day. Just overall pretty disappointed because I thought this source would be more transparent.

I ordered from Mis 10 days ago, sent an email asking for an update Thursday and haven’t heard back. I was assuming I would by today as their source page says “replies are within 48 hours”. I’ll update if I hear/receive anything.

I don’t know how I always manage to order from the slowest fuckers on here with the worst customer service as well. First it was ATL, now this. Wish Texas Mass and Cas were still around.

I remember you from the time all that was going on with ATL, I was in the same boat as you then too. Not to talk about another source too much or anything but I didnt see it in the rules that it was disallowed but in the midst of all this I put in an order with another source (I wont say who so it doesnt seem like I’m plugging anyone) but the response time was within hours for everything and it put into perspective the difference in some communication between sources. I don’t mean it in a “respond or else” way but I definitely don’t want to go through this again so I’ll probably explore other options, I really wanted to give Misriah a chance but 9 days without a response and not knowing whats up with a pack is not very convenient at all to say the least.

If it’s an international order I’m gonna assume these guys are just ordering through Dragon Ordinance or Purple Panda.

Both DO and PP have webstores.

I love ordering from sellers that run webstores, I detest going back and forth through email, it’s a pain in the ass.

Everything runs slower with regards to international orders, just place your order, pay an amount your willing to lose and forget about it, it will show up in 3-5 weeks, if it doesn’t, then start the process of asking questions.

If you have the emails of your transactions, payment with BTC, acceptance of payment, then you’ve done everything you can, now just wait.

My recent international package from another seller took 6.5 weeks to show up, I thought it was lost, had a customs sticker on it, I assume it was held up thanks to Donnie boys hard on for china.

One more thing, I wouldn’t assume sellers placing international orders for us can always track a package, they could possibly be the dark as to where your package is and unable to provide an ETA.

If there are any previous or current issues with sources just stay away. There are a handful of sources with zero issues. The longest I’ve waited for a pack in months is 5 days and that’s because usps misrouted it. Some will be taking payments yet don’t respond to anything else. This is the UG, be stupid, get burned or run into issues.

Have any mods been able to get in touch with Misriah or the rep to clear this up? Not sure how else to ellict a response at this point and they’ve been MIA for me for 9 days.

Agree. If anyone researches misriah, they’ll see this has been a common occurrence.

I can foresee the rep coming in and rebuking me for stating the above. Yet if they would be consistent in their communication, there wouldn’t be issues.

Today’ll be 14 days since confirmation and 10 days without a response, if it doesnt come today I’m just going to write it off as a loss and place a redorder with a reliable source, I’m almost out of the gear I need for my blast. I lost my hope at this point. If it winds up coming it’ll just be a nice surprise. I’m getting ATL ptsd. I’m patient with responses and TA but when BOTH are lacking that’s when it’s an issue for me. Misriah claims 2-5 days to get to shipping even currently in his source page which would mean even if it took 5 days it’s taken usps 7 working to deliver which hasn’t been my experience with them in the past ever. I’m thinking my pack either got sent out late or forgotten about. Unfortunately nobody has cleared anything up so I’m going to assume the worst to save myself some disappointment of checking my inbox and my mailbox hoping to see a response or pack.

Also mod question: I noticed theres not many complaint threads, is that because when an issue is cleared up they’re deleted or there just havent been many complaints in general? I feel like even if complaints are explained in the moment the threads should be left up for future buyers to get an idea of the history of a source, in case history repeats itself.

Are you saying if we place an international order through Misriah he buys it from Dragon or Panda?

I can’t say that for certain. However there’s only so many sources leading back to China, most of these individual sources are just reps taking orders and sending them back to the same places in China.

DO and PP are common sources for international orders, they carry damn near everything, they have really nice webstores, easy layout, not the greatest communication, but most of this is order and wait anyway, extra communication is a waste of time until 5 weeks have passed and you start asking where the package is.

Don’t forget, customs is causing more problems these days, like I mentioned previously, my package took so long I gave up and then after almost seven weeks it arrived, but this wasn’t due to the foreign source, it was customs and I was surprised it made it through, as it was jam packed with all sorts of pills and capsules.
