@BioPharmaUSA I have a question about my pack. I sent an email this morning. USPS shows that it was delivered in my mailbox yesterday. I checked the box when I got the notification and there was no package. I looked all around the mail box and everywhere near the house. How should I proceed? Is it safe to file a missing package claim with USPS? Or is there a better way to handle it. Also, I just checked the mail again today but no package.

If the tracking number says it was delivered then we treat it as that. We don't reship packages that day delivered. Proced by contacting the post office about your package.

Ok that’s what I thought. Trying to figure out what happened to it, never had this happen with any package at all.

Had it happen with 2 packages, not from BP. Jumped in my car both times and tracked down the mail man. First time he put it in the wrong mailbox and second time he still had it in his vehicle. I still filed a missing package both times to draw attention to it, and to be reimbursed for having that bridge of trust breached by a third party contractor hired by usps. They hire ppl to deliver in their POV in my area and we suffer because of it.

@BioPharmaUSA I am very happy to report that my neighbor stopped by this evening. USPS had delivered the pack in their mailbox yesterday and they don’t check their mail everyday.
Once again, solid shipping time, discrete packaging, and I did receive my free vial of Test. I will continue to use BioPharma on the regular.
