I have changed the bank account just now. The transfers from the last few days will be returned to your accounts and you can resend to the new bank account. I will contact you tomorrow personally.

Oh gosh i fell into the same issue again, just transfered right before you changed. Hope we can solve it ASAP as the order is quite urgent. o_O

Hi @BG Pharmaceuticals!

I saw the notes and have your new bank details. Unfortunately I had a lot of unforeseen expenses this month and need to wait for the refund to send you then payment again..
Any idea when can I expect the refund? As the order would be quite urgent otherwise.

Still haven't got refunded for order #9451. This should only take a day and a few days passed already since I ordered and transferred the required amount.
I sent an email about this with my details.

Can you please check? I would like to order as soon as I can but can't order until I get the money transferred back..
