Have you used 500mg/ml Test before? That is what I was implying when I say don’t compare it to other compounds. Your symptoms are the exact symptoms of using Test 500+ without using it in the past.

Yes, I have. I've used Test E 500mg/ml for the last several years. Synergy (90% of the time) and a couple of orders from Colonial/Juice Ape from 2021 - present. Prior to that, also Synergy (whatever their previous name was) and Southern. The last time I used any Test that was under 500mg/ml was probably 6-7 years ago at 300mg or something.

My protocol is usually Test E 500/Tren E 400 at .5cc and .5cc 2 times a week. In the winter I switch the Tren for Deca 400. Sometimes I will add Tren into my winter run with a 2ML syringe but have not recently. I pin glutes and shoulders so I go with high concentration to avoid having to pin a lot of volume into the shoulders. I pin with 1 inch usually. I tried 1.5inch in my last try with your Test E 500 and I have had a knot non-stop. The last shoulder pin I did was 11 days ago today (half/half Test E and Tren E) with a 1inch and I still have a hard lump in both shoulders at the pin site.

I mostly experience PIP with Tren E 400, Test 500 has rarely given me problems. I've only used it in MCT - you are the first source I've seen has Test 500 with GSO as an option. I've only sourced from SST.

I pinned Synergy Test E 500mg 2 days ago and I had a small lump for about a day with zero pain - it is starting to subside and does not affect me or stand out visually.. When I did just 500mg of what I got from you, it was a immediately painful going in and formed a large lump within a couple of hours. Visually looked like a bad BBL on the side of my glute for several days.

I do not mean to say something is bad or dirty, but this is not a usual experience and something is off. I have several vials of gear from my recent order from you I cannot use - the pain and discomfort is not worth it. Not knowing if something is off in the oil is also concerning considering others have posted similar experiences with MCT products.

If you have any suggestions I am open to trying otherwise I will have to toss my order and take the dollar loss.

Yeah idk man everything I’ve gotten from axle has been excellent. I’ve used mct and gso from him with zero issues. Seems weird

One offs are not uncommon. What have you used specifically? Every batch is different. I went back in this thread and saw a few reports from seemingly his recent sale that had the same report and PIP effects and they were all MCT.

I'll happily send my open and unopened test 500 vials for testing if needed.

I am going to try to pin the Deca 400 mct I got in that same order and see how I react. That likely won't be until Monday.

I mean the obvious answer here is that everyone's body responds differently, and some people have especially bad reactions to something that someone else tolerates perfectly well. In my case, for some reason I handle test in GSO much better than MCT (haven't tried with 500 though). But if it's the case that 500 test is usually suspended in MCT and all of the sudden some people are having issues with it with GSO, that probably should be looked into.
