I'm sorry to hear about your families current situation and I pray that they remain safe and that they can find a resolution to their displaced lives as soon as possible. He is right here. I'm from LA, my parents live there as well as my sister and family....parents house burned down, sister's house, though not destroyed, is no longer able to be lived in safely(she has a baby.) Even the houses that didn't burn but were in the area where it happened- and my sisters family lives a mile from my parent's- cannot be returned to for at least a year or two, if ever. Toxic chemicals get embedded in all porous items, AC vents, etc. So I've been dealing with a crisis. My family's life is in chaos, everyone(including my step siblings who also live in the area) are still displaced and living a nomadic lifestyle.
So for you people that forget that other people have lives as well and anything could be happening in them, get fucked.
Now for ARAIL. He didn't burn me. I have made a few orders in the past with him and would simply continue old threads to place new orders- never had a problem. Somehow, this time, I was scammed. Along with the order I placed, amounting to approx $ 400, the scammer said I'd get two "freebies of my choice." Nothing in the way the person responded was unusual or gave me pause/hesitancy(including the offer of freebies, cuz he would do shit like that.) I sent the money, was told I'd have tracking by a certain day and it never happened and the communication ceased. I posted here and wrote an email directly on the website which got ARAIL's attention. After conferring for a few emails it was found that I was indeed scammed. I still don't understand it.
But, in true ARAIL fashion, he did something I never would have expected- despite my belief(and expression of that belief to him prior to this event) that he is a great person and runs a top notch business: He honored the order, including the freebies without even tripping. Gave me his apologies for the confusion and unfortunate circumstances I found myself in(this was an order for a buddy of mine and I would have been in debt.)
I am humbled by his generosity...and I don't mean that in a superficial sense. I was truly touched by what he did. I already liked him, his products, his customer service skills, t/a times with orders, and obvious business acumen but this is something bigger.
ARAIL, words don't adequately express my gratitude. Thank you for being the kind of person you are. Like I said before, you remind me of GoodLyfe when he was around.
Thank you so much man. Anyone looking for a real one, look no further.
Drew
P.S.- anyone talking shit about my slow response can, once again, go fuck yourself.
I appreciate you coming back here to clear the air and let people know that you were in fact taken care of once things were all said and done. Sometimes turmoil can make you do and say things in a way you normally wouldn't so there's no hard feelings on our end. We look forward to continuing to be of service to you in the future!
