I honestly don’t think Apexa or Syn even want the massive influx they are getting after Deus left.If that is the case wouldn’t it be even better to pay for HPLC results to get more customers and make even more money with huge profit margins?
FWIW. I am using Apexa testosterone right now. No PIP, seems to work OK because I “feel” the same as before when I was using a different lab.
But at the end of the day I have no clue what it’s doing or if it’s good until about a month from know when I get labs.
Posting testing makes the difference between customers being OK with placing massive orders upfront versus having to be cautious and place several small orders to ensure the gear is quality.
It’s also the difference between me being able to tell someone I know “yeah this guy is legit, you can see he spent the time to get all this testing done for all his products” versus “I ordered from this new source, seems OK so far, don’t really know yet though”.
Everyone wins when there is more testing available. Right now Deus being gone has every lab here overwhelmed with new customers, so I understand and am being patient. I have seen a lot of Canadian labs say that they are going to post more tests soon once their backlogs clear and I look forward to it.

Out of labs I ordered from so far Apexa, GGC and Ace are pretty responsive. I went with GGC because their testing is great and then Apexa and Ace because the brands have good reputations (I think for Apexa it has been like 10 years or something.)
I wasn’t able to get a response from the Oxygen rep for email orders but I only tried once. Personally never bothered with even asking Syn because it sounds like even getting started with planning out an order with them takes too many steps, like you said you can’t even get price lists without talking to a rep.
It would suck if labs started going members only and stopped taking orders from randoms but it sounds like labs are still putting in the effort to handle the influx despite it being exhausting.

Have you found a source of similar quality and pricing?I gave up on Apexa. Great products great Guy , just too many inconsistencies. Customer service is imperative in any business. There's lots of good choices .

I agree costs are better, but if you cant get the products it really doesn’t matter about the cost . Been waiting weeks and if on vacation should have had a back plan or out of office message , something! . Just not leave everyone dangling . And why go on a vacation if things are rocking . man I wish it was easy to source raws I just wanna have gear for cheap. I got a feeling Alexa’s holding off till more people leave to buy from other sources
