Not worth a big bag of soft dicks. I experimented with it several times, but it doesn't help me in getting to sleep or even inducing delta wave sleep any quicker or for period of time. If you want to try to get your sleep back in rhythm, I would defeinetely suggest you look into running a cycle of Epitalon, sometimes spelled Epithalon. It's a 10 day cycle and got my sleep back on a normal pattern and sleep actually got better. It's big in the anti-aging sphere. my experience is anecdotal, but there are tons of studies to support what I'm saying. Don't waste your money on the DSIP.Anybody have the delta sleep inducing peptide?
Need help falling asleep.

Low dose Lorazapam was the best until my primary care stopped prescribing it without specific mental disorders. I love as little as .5 mg occasionally to help with sleep.I would love any ideas for sleep. It’s my anxiety I think keeping me from restful sleep

10x easier said than done. I had trouble sleeping back since H.S 15 years long before phones were anything other than texting and snake.OK I'm gonna be the asshole who mentions sleep hygiene. No computers, cell phones, TVs, etc., before bed. Get outside for some sunlight as much as possible during the day.
There are also some other pharmacotherapeutic options, as mentioned in this thread.
*disclaimer: I'm biased toward sleep quality. I can't remember a time when I had insomnia and made great gains.
Good sleep is critical to this shit. But yeah that's my bias.
How dare you, sir. But, you're absolutely right. Sleep hygiene makes a world of difference. It's tedious, boring, and takes a while to adapt to with all our bad habits, but it's the basis for for good sleep. It sucks, but uit's effective. I was recently diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder which is pretty shitty. I act out my dreams, which are mostly violent. I speak, throw punches, kick, and have other parasomnias. Fortunately, my sleep doctor prescribed me 1 mg of clonazepam and 10 mg extended release melatonin to keep me from acting out these crazy ass dreams. Without the use of these medications, I have elbowed, hit, and talked the craziest shit ever to my wife while I remain fully asleep. It's shitty that I go to sleep not knowing if I'm going to be violent towards my wife at night and breaks my heart because I would never purposely hurt my wife. This combination has seemed to work,, though, thank God.OK I'm gonna be the asshole who mentions sleep hygiene. No computers, cell phones, TVs, etc., before bed.
