I’ve done various cycles, transitioning from Strongman to body building currently… Dropping the calories sucks hahaha. Strictly eating 10 eggs per day and 4 chicken breasts alongside 4 litres of water & my daily men’s vitamin. Sunday Cheat Days. (Over 3000 calories)
