Sharp Pain from PIP?

Generally when I get PIP it’s a dull ache… I had that in my right delt, but today, while I was making breakfast, I felt a sharp, sudden pain there – almost like I’d torn a muscle. Ever happen to anyone else?

I’ve never had anything like that. Is it lingering or just a quick pain and done?

Quick and gone. Few hours later if feels fine… Must’ve been some freak thing.
