on 4mg sema is all a 1:1 mix ? ie 4ml bac water ? Sorry for the question if it seems dumb. Also will be using u100 Insulin syringe ,,With a 0.25mg dose will be the 25 on the u100 syringe? Im new to this and im helping my wife as shes wanting to try it. Another member on here a week or so said it works and 4mg should last 8 to 9 weeks. It was in another thread , Thanks to all for answers and advice...

Usually when you buy semaglutide you'll get it in freezedried form also known as lyophilized. It's just a little white puck. The measurements will be whatever you make of it so if you have 4mg and add 1ml of water then 0.25mg is 0.0625ml or 6.25iu on a u100 syringe
