Not always - a well known powerlifter from my gym got a nice little in-person visit from customs with a large-ish pack (several kilos). I thought the same until I saw that go down.

Several kilos is more than personal use and yeah, that’ll gather some attention. Personal use, whatever the substance, generally results in a just a love letter.

From all I’ve read, importing any medication is pretty much illegal and the whole 90 day use guideline is pretty much just a false point we tend to use for our own safety haha. You can confirm that through multiple government agency sites. Anyways, I had a buddy who signed for a large order of raws, it was indeed a controlled delivery; after he signed for the package the LE popped outa nowhere and took him in. He ended up not saying a damn thing, and was fine lol. That’s definitely not always the case, perhaps luck; but controlled delivery’s do happen. Mind you it won’t happen for non scheduled substances, if customs caught you with 100 hcg; they just send a seizure letter and those are meaningless so long as you don’t pursue them and attempt to acquire your package. A few kilos of raws, could land you in jail if they do decide to do a controlled delivery. Again, those happen with scheduled substances only; atleast according to what I have researched.
