Not sure your weight, but I'd you shed 10+ pounds that would helpAny of you ever hurt your sciatic nerve? Damn I've been limping and hobbled up for 3 damn weeks now. If so, what did you do to help? I'm on prednisone, lidocaine pads, voltaren cream, have hydrocodone and muscle relaxers but I hate those things, plug me up.
I’ve had sciatic nerve for a couple of years now. I’ve had MBB and nerve block injections, they absolutely work but it will come back. I also have a prescription for celebrex and take it once in a while, but the relief is also just temporary of course.Any of you ever hurt your sciatic nerve? The only thing that has helped a little bit is stretching everyday, I mostly do hip opening stretches. I’m convinced it will never go away, best you can do is manage it. Stretching and moving is best. (I’m assuming you are in shape, if not lose some weight) good luck man.. it sucks lol
