I ordered from Squatch after hearing about his ungodly fast turnaround times. This is very true. I ordered on the 28th of June and checked for a status update on the 2nd of July. To which they replied that the package had been sent out. As it turns out the order that they thought was mine that they had shipped out was actually somebody with a very similar name, so I just chalk it up to human error and they send it out the next day. Sasquatch was
extremely apologetic and professional for the error and even proceeded to offer me $30 off my next order. He then shipped the package that day, it arrived 2 working Days Later very fast. All in all, I will definitely be orderig from this lab again and highly recommend then to all.

I agree that they need to fix the mix ups, at the same time they’re a new source and will take time to get the hang of things. As long as they’re acknowledging their mistakes and correcting them it’s okay in my book.

I agree that they need to fix the mix ups, at the same time they’re a new source and will take time to get the hang of things. As long as they’re acknowledging their mistakes and correcting them it’s okay in my book.

That’s what I’m saying. I know they are an OG source. Existing on other boards than just this one. They probably have a gigantic customer base compared the ones that only sell on sst. The response time, actual TA time, and $30 freebie make up for such a simple mistake.

Agreed. If they’re willing to not only promptly fix the order on a small mistake, but offer you credit as well, literally no harm no foul. Shit, I’d be chill waiting an extra few days if I was basically guaranteed a free product next order, haha.
Now if they were consistently making extremely serious mistakes (sending heroin springs to mind), then it should cause a fuss.
