There are allot of reds. For those that are well versed, what over the counter supplements should I be taking to get my red and white blood cells back within range and lower my AST.

Also my estrogen is insanely high but I don't feel anything weird going on. I was going to add 100mg / week Masteron to lower the estrogen.
