Quality TUDCA Source?

I use Double Wood TUDCA 500mg that I get online.
I’m still a bit confused on when it’s best to take as I’ve read it’s not good to take with oral steroids at the same time. How long should one wait because with Winstrol it has a 9 hour half life so if I take it in the morning pre workout and then another around 5-6pm, when’s the best time to take the TUDCA so it doesn’t mess with the oral steroid?

This is bro-science, TUDCA doesn't interfere with oral steroids. The only thing you have to be cautious about is taking TUDCA prior to drinking alcohol.
The only thing to affect oral steroid bio-availability is milk thistle.
