finishing up my first cycle was just on test e. was wondering if HCG and nolvadex would be a good pct if so for how long and any recommendations?

You should have been using hcg on cycle if you planned to use it at all, no point in using it once you start pct. Wait two-three weeks now and then start 10-20 mg of nolvadex for 4-6 weeks.
