Hello All...
I've been researching prolactin inhibitors and hoping someone can help me get on track. It seems that OTC options are good and no need to go any further?
Vitamin B-6: Looks very promising. I'm not clear yet on dosing/frequency?
Vitamin E: Also looks good, although I've only just learned of this and need more research.
So far, I haven't had any estrogen sides(knock wood), although I do have Arimidex on hand. I'm considering adding a compound and want to make sure I have something in case it becomes an issue.
THANKS EVERYONE... I'm new here and so far it's been a great and friendly place....

@Middleage B-6 and E are definitely solid, but the dosing required puts you well over "recommended" values which IMO don't think should be run for long periods of time.

Look into P5P. Its an over the counter B-Vitamin mix that has a reputation for being the best in reducing prolactin. I got it from vitamin shoppe for example. Hope this is helpful.

In experiments, Vitamin B6 at the appropriate dose has been shown to decrease prolactin with the same efficacy as 1mg of caber! Although, as Bingbong mentioned, while safe in the short term, that amount of B6 can have negative neurological effects. After reading a fair amount of material, I wouldn't hesitate to run high levels of B6 for a month in an emergency, but you should definitely have caber on hand to manage prolactin. Low dose B6, Vitamin E, and P5P will help, but cabergoline is the proper drug to handle out of range prolactin levels.

I will tell you that p5p did absolutely nothing for me in regards to my prolactin levels.

Really? 🤔... Thank you. Good to know, although I think it's still worth a try. Did you run blood b4/after? Or just from subjective feeling? Thanks

Thank you... Any chance you can point me in the right direction to learn dosages and frequency? Would really appreciate..

Thanks again

Yes, bloods before and after.

Even with a 1 month pre-load, my progesterone was at 3.2 (scale is <1.4) on 300mg of Tren while on 400 mg daily of p5p! And my nipples were definitely big. I’m sensitive to 19 nors! Even with an e2 of 22 my nipples get large on Deca!
