So what's everyone's go to for pre work out?
Supplement, inj-oil, orals ect.
I have tries methyl tren before and it's not for me. Ill just keep putting weight on the bar or machine till I hurt myself. Test no ester was alright but I just wasn't big on pinning my self every fucking workout.
I did just pick up some of cbums pre work out (thavage), haven't tired it yet. Switched from ryse pre work to cbums stuff, which doesn't have creatine in it. Don't feel I need it being on 500cyp/600deca.
Heard about some people making there own with base supplements and mixing it all together at the doses they like best/ tolerate.
