Placed a domestic order on 1/16
Did not receive order until 1/27 and the order was incorrect.
Upon messaging the source he proceeded to tell me “I’m just the messenger” and played email tag roughly for another few days saying he is “Waiting for a response”
2/02 he apologized and stated they had sent me more of one compound I had ordered due to a shortage of the main compound I needed, which i did not receive any of and what had been substituted wasn’t even equal to value of what I had originally ordered. I told him look man this is unacceptable, mainly because you guys did this and didn’t even consult with me before hand - either refund me for the compound you didn’t send or send me my shit.
2/04 after a few more emails finally responds saying they are backed up and will honor another 10% on my next order. I responded again, Either refund me for the shit you didn’t send or send me my shit.
I have yet to hear back after 5+ more emails from this vendor.
I understand the source is seemingly trying to resolve this issue but the blatant lack of communication and failure to provide service led me to post this. I hope the source sees this post and attempts to resolve the issue and if not hopefully this prevents other users from dealing with the bullshit I’m going through!
