I put in an order for my buddy on 3/9. Pharma was responsive per usual. Confirmed with me on 3/13 that it shipped. I saw it pop up on my informed delivery so I had no worries. All of a sudden its 3/25 and I still didn’t get it nor was there any progress on my informed delivery. I reach out, he got right back to me said he said it was either returned or never sent and that he would resend it that day. The original order on my informed delivery dashboard disappeared and nothing has shown back up since. I actually just sent him another email before coming on here to ask the same question. I’ve placed a few orders with him and never had an issue so not sure what to think. Hope he comes back eventually.

Yeah he sent me a 2nd pack before as well when it was returned. Now idk what happened I should have asked for a tracking number but he told me he would look at it for me.

This is almost exactly the same boat I’m in. Ordered on the 9th. Emailed him on the 24th to say it never arrived. Told me he’d mail out another on the 25th and nothing still. Sent him an email yesterday and no response. This sucks.

Hey all. Been in contact with him and if these orders had GH in them that would be the reason for delay. Been assured that he will be responding to emails and getting these out ASAP.

UPDATE: Just checked my informed delivery now and it looks like my pack went back out on 4/3 with the original tracking number and already says it will be out for delivery today. Even with this happening I wouldn’t be deterred from ordering from him again. Good on your Pharma, you’ll still have me as a customer if you ever come back.

so rather then to try and push through and risk any more issues and tarnish our good name, we decided it was a good time for a break to get some things straightened out and send any orders owed. we made sure that all orders we could were settled before we returned. most were settled before we went on break or shortly after. There was one order left pending which is jeremy228. I was unaware he had not received it and I was only checking emails periodically. some generic HGH orders were also held back until we returned because we lost a large shipment.
I want to take this time to apologize to anyone that got caught in the middle with the delays, and I want you to know you never have to be concerned with not getting your product. Please make sure you always follow up and stay connected with me . I will always make sure you get your order no matter what, Even if we decided to pack it in, you will never see us disappear without settling up with everyone. Hopefully you understand that we are very particular about our products and who we source from. I will never just choose another source and send out untested products. This is not how we operate, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Thank you for all the support we have gotten though that time from our loyal customers . looking forward to serving you guys again.
Also because the minute I posted this I got 2 emails saying
I took the loss but never got my pack.
Every single order is accounted for so please dont even try, you will be asked the name and address as well as when the order was placed, to provide payment info. BTC addy,transaction number ect. If you made an order that wasn’t filled you should have all that info in the email thread.
Thank you for positing . Just want to let you guys know we did get a little jammed up with sourcing. with all the covid BS and airports flights and damn near everything shutting down even before covid we had some major suppliers drop off and factories close up. This created a huge headache for us . we did the best we could to get out all of the orders we owed, unfortunately some took longer then anticipated.
