Okay, so just like everyone else, I have one of those pains ( tear, strain, something) in my left pectoral. Its one of those pains that hurts basically only during exercise. A deep stretch with weight would be most painful. Its in the muscle tissue not really near a tendon or ligament. Almost inside my armpit near where you have the 2 sections of your chest that overlap and creat that small pocket... anyway, thats less important.
I aquired this "injury" while doing dips. Nothing that I felt during the exercise but after a set I kinda noted a little pain. When continuing it was apparent something had happened but it wasnt painful to the point where i could complete reps, just that it felt like I shouldnt. So took about 2 weeks off of my chest. Put some ice on it. But it kinda stayed around and nags on me here and there. Ive taken multiple weeks iff here and there, and usually I get a few weeks where its barely noticable. And other weeks where I feel like if I do certain exercises or heavy weights that it may turn into something more serious. This started about 10- 12 months ago now maybe, and it has been almost a non issue most of the time but when it flares up I get nervous that I will hurt myself.
Now im sure this sounds like a lot of people that have these small pains and I am wondering what people do for these types of things. I am taking HGH, I am eating in a surplus, so nutrients and hormones should be ideal to heal this.
2 days ago now I was benching with moderately heavy weight. 6-8 rep range for me. And on rep 3 i felt a very powerful contraction in which that area immediately felt like it was squeezing pinching burning almost. And so I racked it immediately, and dropped the weight down to 135 and did about 12 super slow reps that were just meant to put a little blood there without really straining the tissue at all. I did a few sets of pushups as well where the pain was minimal and then I left the gym, got hone and took 20mg of prednisolone. And have taken it for 2 days now... outside of this. What do you guys do when this happens?
Has anyone had sucess with bpc-157, TB500 or anything similar. Do you agree with what I have done so far?
I really dont want to take off a significant amount of time because really up until about 2.5 months ago, i was maybe working out once a week, if that, all bodyweight exercises, no gym... for about 8 months.
Ive just picked up steam and want to jeep it running downhill if i can.
