Peptides for nagging injuries?

Okay, so just like everyone else, I have one of those pains ( tear, strain, something) in my left pectoral. Its one of those pains that hurts basically only during exercise. A deep stretch with weight would be most painful. Its in the muscle tissue not really near a tendon or ligament. Almost inside my armpit near where you have the 2 sections of your chest that overlap and creat that small pocket... anyway, thats less important.

I aquired this "injury" while doing dips. Nothing that I felt during the exercise but after a set I kinda noted a little pain. When continuing it was apparent something had happened but it wasnt painful to the point where i could complete reps, just that it felt like I shouldnt. So took about 2 weeks off of my chest. Put some ice on it. But it kinda stayed around and nags on me here and there. Ive taken multiple weeks iff here and there, and usually I get a few weeks where its barely noticable. And other weeks where I feel like if I do certain exercises or heavy weights that it may turn into something more serious. This started about 10- 12 months ago now maybe, and it has been almost a non issue most of the time but when it flares up I get nervous that I will hurt myself.
Now im sure this sounds like a lot of people that have these small pains and I am wondering what people do for these types of things. I am taking HGH, I am eating in a surplus, so nutrients and hormones should be ideal to heal this.
2 days ago now I was benching with moderately heavy weight. 6-8 rep range for me. And on rep 3 i felt a very powerful contraction in which that area immediately felt like it was squeezing pinching burning almost. And so I racked it immediately, and dropped the weight down to 135 and did about 12 super slow reps that were just meant to put a little blood there without really straining the tissue at all. I did a few sets of pushups as well where the pain was minimal and then I left the gym, got hone and took 20mg of prednisolone. And have taken it for 2 days now... outside of this. What do you guys do when this happens?
Has anyone had sucess with bpc-157, TB500 or anything similar. Do you agree with what I have done so far?
I really dont want to take off a significant amount of time because really up until about 2.5 months ago, i was maybe working out once a week, if that, all bodyweight exercises, no gym... for about 8 months.
Ive just picked up steam and want to jeep it running downhill if i can.

Let me hear anyones thoughts. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read my bullshit and try to help me out.

I had an issue with the right arm. Besides taking it easy, Nandrolone in my TRT was by far the biggest help. It lubricates the sht out of your joints, heals tendons, ligaments, helps nerves. I also did a lot of the healing peptides, TB, CJC, BPC, GHs etc & that prob sped it up some, but nothing on the level of Nandrolone.

Thanks for the input brother. I am currently using deca, and have been in varying doses from ~200-450 weekly for the last... 3 months probably. Unfortunately, what i am dealing with currently seems to be a muscular problem.... its super minor and is bairly perceptable until i go pretty heavy. But after re agrivating it, i can feel a little pain even at lower weights. But the last week ive taken it easy on it as much as I can. Did a low weight high rep, low rest period syle pump workout for chest today and felt very little pain.
Im taking GH at 3-4 IUs right now and have been on GH at minimum 2IUs for at least 3 months as well.
1g test, 300 deca and 3-4 IU generic GH in a growth phase right now, but it never seems to heal this spot completely. I notice that i have little injuries like this for usually about a year to 2 years before they go away to a point that if I injure the area again its not re aggravating a previous injury, but creating a new one... im not sure why it seems to take so long to completely heal these little things, especially if I am on GH, and deca and a caloric surplus.. but ohh well. Thats really why I was looning into alternatives, because although what I am doing isnt really preventing me from using the area, I think that I could push a lot harder if these things would heal in a timeline that was manageable. But even taking 2+ months off from exercise entirely doesnt seem to resolve it....
For now I am just going to stay the course and keep it light for another week, maybe 2 and then build up the weight again and see if im better off then I was the last few weeks..

I had a knot in my shoulder for yrs that did go away. Currently have some forearm pain, that I can just work around. Small pec tear would take out a few big lifts.. I know I can't fully stop lifting more than a week. Maybe go high dose on those peptides, 5 on 2 off & avoid tolerance. Anavar is said to have healing properties. I never did enough dose to tell. Don't really care for it.

Rotator cuff strengthening excersises, and do rotator cuff warmups before every push day

Have had similar problems with dips and that area. Rotator cuff warmup excersises are a must for me to prevent that kind of pain

I'm having incredible luck with the "glow" peptide blend. GHK-CU, TB 500, and BPC. I've been putting 1mg GHK and 200mcg of tb500 and bpc into each part of my left shoulder (Rear delt, side delt, front delt) for the past four weeks or so to resolve some ongoing nerve damage/tendon issues. It's working phenomenally. I've actually seen some growth from it as well. I just added in another shot of it into my left bicep to see if it will help with that as well.
