Overview of cycle for powerlifting meet

Currently on week 5 of test 3 @ 500mg. Considering adding 300mg deca for 10 weeks until the meet then dropping it and running 2 weeks 500mg test till a cruise. Was wondering if anyone can provide their opinion on whether this would be worth it. Looking to get the joint benefits out of the deca as well as a mass building compound. If anyone has any tips or advice or would recommend another compound (pls no tren, not ready yet :/) then please drop a comment. Any advice is appreciated.
Also trying to stay away from harsh orals like sdrol and adrol but would consider the more mild ones like dbol or anavar if recommended.

Deca is fine but I feel like you won’t have much time with it in your system. You will begin to peak behemoth the Deca becomes fully saturated, and you won’t be making any gainz at that time anyways. You could always go with Nand cyp12-10 weeks or NPP 6-8 weeks out. Also idk where you are in your weight class or how much you’re willing to gain or shed for weigh ins, or how good you are at that so I’d stick with anavar for the last 4 weeks. If this isn’t your first cycle I’d recommend upping the test though. Test is king. If you choose dbol, drop during deload week, and take 3x what you’re running after weigh ins, then 3x before squats, and some more before bench, the bloat and water is beneficial if you refeed right and use the dbol for it.

NPP is the better option in your situation. At the very least NPP until you reach full saturation and then switch over to Deca. Anadrol and Dianabol are both great for strength, Adrol a little more harsh on the body but it doesn’t retain as much subcutaneous water as dbol nor does it give you potential estrogen issues. If you’re looking for something more mild Tbol is the way to go for strength athletes. There’s a reason so many olympic weight lifters get popped for it.

EQ takes even longer than deca to reap the benefits from, so no. If only I were his size lol!
 
NPP or NPP into Deca. If any orals… it’s debatable but some think Epistane is harsh… I’ve ran it 5 times total and I’ve never had an issue with it, but my doses have never gone beyond 50mg, it’ll be very noticeable gains starting at week 3.
