sent a domestic raws order to the orders email, never received a response. spoke with rep about this, was instructed to forward my order to the rep. I did so. no response. has been two weeks since I sent my order in and have not received any response emails. however have been promised multiple times by the rep that emails would be answered within 24 hours. still nothing.
