Opinion on Private Labs

Hello everyone, I have been discussing with a Reddit user that runs his own lab. I met him in the /r/Steroid forums. His prices are reasonable (a bit higher than public UGL) and he seems very responsive. I am curious as to what some of your guys opinions are on using a private lab as a source. Has anyone done it? Did you feel more susceptible to being scammed?

I personally have never used a private source, but if your looking for quality tested gear I would recommend @“Synergy Forge”. You wont be disappointed.

LOL just go with a source here bro. Read the forums on here, TA Reviews, and Anecdotal’s. I’d say your much better off with this route than going elsewhere. Just my OP

Higher odds of being a scam, no reviews, no testing, and more expensive? I dont see how you could go wrong there.

Anyone on Reddit can claim to be a source.
To be claimed a source here, you have to have proven yourself legit through sales/service and proof of lab equipment and test results on your products.
Go with your Reddit guy if you want to but understand you’ll probably be scammed. Also anyone doing business directly over Reddit is a fool; If you’re conducting purchases through a chain of PMs on that site, I have low hopes for your source’s legitimacy.

I’ve never used a private source. I guess in theory it could work out ok…maybe…Like others have said, there are plenty of good sources here. It makes more sense to me to obtain sources through this type of format. At least here, you can research a source to make an informed decision on who to do business with. You can see if blood work is posted, what are people saying about t/a reviews and anecdotal reviews. This forum isn’t fool proof either, shit can happen. With a private source, there’s no way to hold them accountable. If a source is underdosing, falling behind with t/a, etc.etc…If those things are happening here, you will know about it…

I’ve been contacted twice on Reddit but never placed an order. My thoughts were it would just be too easy to scam someone. I have very good reason to trust one guy but couldn’t pull the trigger. Verified sources here are VERY reliable.
