done research on the wiki on reddit and it states only deploy the AI if needed but a friend is telling me to just take it on the 2nd week of pinning just in case eod so like 2x a week

on my first cycle of just test E, when would one deploy aromasin 12.5? only when seeing sides or on the 2nd week of pinning ?

don't listen to your friend. if you took it EOD (7 ÷ 2 is 3.5) you could easily have your estrogen tanked. you might not even need the AI at all so wait until you have symptoms of high estrogen and regardless, get bloods into your cycle (note how you feel when you get them). you're going to have to experiment here and only time and experience will give you the knowledge you need for your own body.

Either get blood work or if you get the obvious high estrogen sides start it up. Blood work preferably but I understand

@solenya104 Both the replies here are solid. Certainly discard what your buddy told you. Along with crashing your E2 AIs are pretty tough on the liver which is why most will tell you to watch out for the sides, check your bloods and go from there. Typically most people respond well to simply taking 12.5 on each day you pin to a max of 3x a week but usually 2x is enough. Ideally you want to be reactive when using AI...not proactive.
