Non-stop diarrhea. HELP!

Hello,

I've seen a doctor here in Makati, metro manila.

They've given me stool hardener. No change. They're saying I need to go to the hospital for additional testing as the current doctor thinks "it most likely be ibs".

This of course, to me, is completely ridiculous as I'm in my mid 30s, never suffer from diarrhea, and most likely it's would have been detected by now if I did suffer.

The doctor ran a "basic female anaylsus". No bacteria or parasites found in stool.

I'm scared to tell them about my gear. So, here's what I'm running. Let me know if any of this could be causing it.

500mg test wk
250mg Decca
25mg dbol ED
1MG ADEX every 3 days
50mg clomid EOD
20mg cialis before intercourse. Typically everyday but sometimes daily intercourse
100mg viagra before intercourse

Let me know your thoughts before I go to the damn hospital on the 31st.

A. Be honest with your doctor. How can they help you if you are hiding what you're doing? They're not doctor house and you're doing them and yourself a disservice by hiding what you're doing.

To summarize. Would the gear itself cause diarrhea?

No issues letting them know. I'm just wondering if it's even relevant as it will just further complicate their evaluation.

Or is the viagra and cialis stack the most likely source? Which would of course also completely suck as I'd be making a choice between making love to my partner and shitting my pants, or not making love and not shitting my pants.

How are you not able to have sex with one or the other? Seems excessive to run both.

I'm nit sure why it has to be both. See a doctor for Ed too in the states. Penile dopplers, the whole show. Everything came back normal. They said I need sex therapy LOL. What a joke. Apparently those doctors have never had massages in thailand! If this was an anxiety/sex therapy thing, surly after 1000s of happy ending massage from the most flawless Thai woman at each shop, that anxiety (which is non existant) would have been conqured! Lol.

So, I'm not sure. In short I need both. Cialis for some reason not only gives it a boost but also pushes the sex drive similar to the test. Where viargra just gives you lift but no drive. Gotta have the double lift of both and double sex drive combo of the T and the cialis to get anywhere.

How often is this occurring per day?
What is your diet looking like, you are in the Philippines no offense is diarrhea really a surprise? dysentery is common there, I question the validity of your female anal sus test that came back negative for bacteria...

Food. Most likely source. I usually eat at chains but I often stand in bathrooms smoking my vape and not washing employees hands is the norm for workers at food places. Yes I get loud and in their face when I witness this.

I also question the validity of the test. The clinic is clean and professional, one of the best I've seen in ph, but the test went down very shady, they failed to email my results (incompetence), and are being wishy washy with the full report. Meaning, they just gave me the official printout that says bacteria and parasites. NEGATIVE. Lol. They said to contact them on the 31st as the lab is closed for the filipina holiday, for the full analysis and the gastroentologist r should know what a basic fecal analysis is... unreal..

No abnormalities appear in stool. Dark, mucus, blood etc. Perhaps it's a bit darker than normal but tough to tell once the liquid poopy his the toilet water. I'd say it's normal.

I'm probably passing stool roughly 8 to 12 times a day. Mostly water.

Oh and yes, I did have diarrhea here about 3mo ago and it was most likely definitely from food. I was prescribe a have does of 3 antibiotics and it went away. But, that episode had a gut wrenching pain and I felt like dying for over 2 weeks before I finally went in.

With this current episode. No gut pain.

Yikes, stay hydrated and find an electrolyte mix with potassium, you lose so much potassium with diarrhea but don't take too much potassium either. If you start having heart palpitations or muscle issues, go to ER asap. This sounds like a bacteria, virus, or possible parasite. I think it is good that they are thinking IBS since they can not specifically test for it and it is a rule-out-everything-else game, this way you may have answers at the end.

I doubt it is the roids or viagra especially since you have taken it before. You can always stop taking the viagra and cialis for a couple of days though if you are truly concerned and see what that does?

I do have occasional cramping perhaps once every 2 to three weeks. I attribute this to just bad body and not stretching enough.

It was worse when I used to get massages everyday. Not quite sure why but something about massaging the muscle that frequently would cause them to often have terrible cramps in bizzare areas. For example down my entire side from my upper lats, into my obliques, and into my lower back.

But like I said. I only cramp up bad maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks now.

I will say for me personally dbol destroys my stomach and ends up giving me diarrhea. Also anadrol on higher doses do so too. Not saying that’s your problem at all.

When you say destroy your stomach do you experience pain or any other symptoms or just diarrhea?

How long after stopping the dbol do you notice the diarrhea clear up?

Muscle cramping and spasms. I would ask your pcp to get a CMP with mag. Deep tissue massages to my understanding can actually cause spasms and mild cramping afterward, so that doesn't worry me.

Haha yup it is usually educated guessing though, this is why doctors have numerous "differentials" to consider what tests are appropriate to narrow the diagnosis down. This is one reason why we see outpatient clinics throw a test or two at someone and refer to specialists if differentials or diagnosis is unclear. Whereas in a more critical setting like the ICU, although there are still main diagnoses and differentials, tests are thrown at these patients due to time being of the essence.

Antibiotics are a different beast, if they can have some substantiation of a possible infection but can not target location (meaning they can not culture) they will throw broad-spectrum antibiotics at you. This ensures you don't clinically decompensate while waiting for cultures to result which takes 2-3 days, prelim results ~2days. Then after the type of infection is identified, catering the antibiotics to susceptibility.

I would push for stool culture, CMP, mag, CBC, and inflammatory markers CRP, ESR, etc. minimum... Goodluck!

It looks like you may have hit the nail on the head but don't know for sure yet.

24 hrs off the dbol and stool seems to be hardening quite a bit. Stoll is like Chucky rabbit turds now instead of watery spray like dumb and dumber hahahahha
