Do you guys have any new years resolutions?


I'm pretty bummed the next two weeks the gym will be filled with the "get fit this year crowd". Usually the one good thing about this time of year is there's a lot of cute bbws that start coming in.

My new years resolution is to be more patient with people in my professional life. I find that challenging sometimes.

I dipped for 10 years and quit cold turkey. You can do it man. I had to quit for a job I was taking in the medical field, My dream job.


try to wheen yourself off so your nicotine levels drop then cigs will start making you nauseous because your not used to that much nicotine.
