New member/need help

I am 64 and need a good referral for T Cypionate 200mg/10ml vial.
I have low T but my Dr is trying to get my UA before they will prescribe any controlled substance.
I can’t do that for my own reasons..
Can anyone help.
It has been 3 months and I am falling apart.
