I’m currently using 200mg a week of Test E injected 2X a week. The testosterone and estrogen test is not back yet but I’m not liking the lipid panel or rbc. Any insight is appreciated

I’m also a type 1 diabetic and had to eat something small that morning to keep from going low before the test. I also didn’t shoot any insulin after I ate to correct blood sugar because again I didn’t want to accidentally send my blood sugar too low before the test. That’s why my glucose is so high on the test. A lot could be related to that. But idk

Are you on blood pressure meds? They can increase pottasium uptake which counter acts sodium. Recommend salting your food.

You got some high liver enzymes. Try TUDCA and NAC if you want to spend some dollars.

Donate some blood and reduce iron intake with your high RBC.

Look into options on your cholesterol. Nutrition. Fasted cardio. Berberine. Ezetimibe or a statin on prescription side.

I don't want to be mean but you need to take care of your health. I would talk to a Doctor ASAP.

No BP meds, diet is pretty clean, I pretty much live on grilled chicken and brown rice at least 5 days a week. I’m having a DR order new blood work so they can see it and advise. I don’t think it could possibly be the gear with such a small dose, maybe my blood sugar isn’t as controlled as I think it is and that’s causing the issue. My plan was to blast starting mid October but I want the bloodwork cleaned up before that

I mean you're at 3-4x regular testosterone levels. The test is almost definitely effecting your bloodwork. I think it's a good idea to get your health metrics in order before blasting. I don't have any experience with type 1 diabetes so I hope you have a good Doc.

I’ve never used tudca before. What is a good dose to start at? I see it being sold in 250mg and 500mg

I'd use it 500mg morning and evening if I had your liver enzymes but I only take it 1x a day at 250mg for maintenance.
