Anyone else start getting cramps when running tren? Generally it starts after about week 2. How do you guys get rid of them if this isn’t Just something that happens to me.

I am right at 2 weeks in and have no experience with cramps. Other than shin pumps etc. that can be painful, I have no negative cramps. I have read that with tren’s nutrient partitioning effect you will want to increase your water intake as tren will increase intracellular fluid retention. Maybe try upping fluid and magnesium and see if that helps? Wish I could help more man.

I get them with everything. Those knot type cramps where your muscle stays fully flexed for multiple minutes producing agonizing pain, yeah, I feel you 100%. I also get labs done and they all show potassium/magnesium/sodium in range and nowhere near low. With that said, I supplement the following for it (granted, I am nowhere near cramp-free, so take my suggestions with a grain of salt):

Slow release potassium (APO-K or a generic form) (1800-2400mg/day)
Magnesium citrate (2-400 mg/day)
Iodorol (iodine/iodide) (half tab/day-may not be advisable for you)
Taurine (2-5g/day)

I would first advise you to get labs done to determine where your levels are at, as supplementing them when your levels are already high (not saying they are, but you want to be safe/sure) can be dangerous/harmful.

First and foremost, make sure you aren’t dehydrated/needing electrolytes. That can be the easiest fix without having to dabble into actual specific vitamin/mineral supplementation.

I do my man, I’ve been a crampy bitch on tren. I’m coming off now, and am looking forward to no more cramps for a while.

Hydration, Multi with electrolytes, Pedialyte at home and at work throughout day, Taurine AM/PM helped but didn’t eliminate.

If I ever ride the tren train again it won’t be during the summer. I often cramp up at the worst times. Like for instance… When I’m making videos banging me ole lady out. Really not cool rolling on the ground in pain only to have your hard as a rock peen act as a kickstand.

I get em too. I thought it was dehydration which it probably had an effect but even when I started hydrating excessively I still got em. Not nearly as bad tho.

Yeah, the worst was getting hamstring cramps or having the arch of my feet cramp the fuck up on the home stretch going to town. No footage for us though lol.

Im only on Test-E 500 and my chest cramps are FIERCE… Im downing water non stop and drinking tons of bcaa + electrolytes and it doesn’t help at all. Only thing that helped me was some calcium/magnesium.

You know calcium and magnesium are electrolytes, right?

Good advice so far in this thread. When I was eating super clean (no added salt), I was cramping like a motherfucker, even with supplementing Mg and K. This cycle, I’ve been adding salt and no-salt (potassium) to food, plus 4-6gr Taurine pre-workout, and the cramping is much improved over past cycles.
