Check torrent sites or search on duckduckgo. If you find people on Youtube or other forums who are running the program, you can probably get the gist of it from listening/reading what they say about the exercises, reps, sets and which days they perform them on.

anybody got any copies of John Meadows E-BOOKS or programs they are willing to give up?
Sure. Send an email to marshmallowviking@protonmail and I’ll send you what I have.

I used to be enamored with John Meadows until I really got to know him. He’s not a bad dude… just no different than anyone else. His programs used to be great… now he just records his workouts and sells them. The programming isn’t anything mindblowing.

This. I saw one recently and really wasn’t impressed. He relies too much on metabolite work as a gimmick for EVERY fucking exercise.

Imo Creeping Death 2 is one of his more solid programs from what I’ve heard. I ran 28 days later on a blast and it was crazy how huge I felt.

Which other programs do you recommend? I think I have them all but don’t have experience running anything but 28 days later

I have:
Executioner (Program 15)
Carnage (Program 17)
Omega Beam (Program 20)
Annihilation Wave (Program 21)

as well as a couple of the little programs that were thrown in with the EliteFTS Programs That Work manuals. You can find the “Reactive Pump Programming” from T-nation online somewhere.

I also did the free 2 weeks of creeping death. The only ones worth a shit are creeping death and executioner. Carnage was fun but too pumpy and not heavy enough/actually programmed.

Everything now-a-days is gimmicky/centered around his peri-workout bullshit. You’d shit if you knew how much gear he used to run to make those programs work. Let’s just say I got to know him a little too well. The dude is all about cashing checks.

No hate… he’s just not a god like everyone makes him out to be.

Weird, I think some of his programs are cleverly designed. I really enjoy his methodology, I always use his pre-activation exercises to feel the muscle I’ll be working and finish up with exercises that work the muscle from a stretched position.

His info on periWO nutrition has been the biggest takeaway from studying John Meadows. I noticed a drastic change in my performance for the better ever since I included it in my training. Haven’t plateaued strength/mass wise since.

kind of off topic but the “mountain dog” pack from Elite FTS is a great set of bands for $90. The only program I have even read through of his had accomodating resistance so…It may have been some bullshit thread, never bought a full program of his

Don’t give elitefts your money. They don’t deserve it. The owners are horrible people who treat people like garbage on a daily basis.

Those bands come from Sri Lanka from a company almost every major retailer uses. Rogue, Arsenal Strength, it’s all the same.

If you’re going to buy from elite, wait for a ridiculous sale.
