Yes. Then it's basic math. Add how much every bac water, and divide into the total mg to determine how to dose. If vial is 4mg and you use 2ml of water, every 0.5ml of sema is 1mg.

Put some consideration into the dilution volume. The dosing scheme for semaglutide suggests initial administrations of 0.25 mg per week for several weeks. You want to pick a volume that's large enough for the syringes you have to be able to accurately draw the amount, but also one that doesn't require a huge injection volume since that's uncomfortable.
