I felt the same way before I did it tbh. Gradually got worse and worse pip from bb/ba (no pippy pun) so my only option was to dilute all of my shots with sterile oil until I got adequate relief because my ass was not about to split it into two separate ones unless it became absolutely necessary lol. Only admittedly annoying part is using the bigger syringes now (small hands crew)

3 mL are the standard size! I have both 5 mL and 10 mL (use the 10s to transfer my gear into prescription vials for international travel). It’s really annoying to draw with the 5 or 10 mL for injections though, the dosing accuracy is much harder than with a 1 or 3 mL.

Yea I noticed that even 3ML can dose a bit higher. I put some into a 1 ML slin pin and it was over-dosed a bit as those tend to me more accurate.

Other than that I’ve hit Quads before but after excruciating PIP I don’t touch them anymore.

I had a bit of leak in the delts when I stared going over 1.5mL but after I switched hitting the delts with 1.5" needles it never happened again.

Virtually 0 pip for delts and VG - ever!

Other than that I’ve hit Quads before but after excruciating PIP I don’t touch them anymore.

I had a bit of leak in the delts when I stared going over 1.5mL but after I switched hitting the delts with 1.5" needles it never happened again.

Virtually 0 pip for delts and VG - ever!
When front loading something like EQ , I will do 4cc injections in glutes. Anything larger and it makes me knot up a bit. Other muscles I keep to 1cc

It is my personal opinion that the increase in hunger is just a mental thing. I never experience that. EQ is one of my favorite compounds to run early in contest prep.

I start with calfs 2ml or less and work my way up untill it’s a new week. normally can get by with 3ml gluts , and 2ml quads . I’ll go to delts if I use TNE that week.

How do you guys deal with calf shots? I mean, if it’s a noob muscle I bet the pip is ridiculous and will be a pain in the ass to walk. Plus, where do you shoot it, care to share a pic of your calf with a circle on it?

I already attempted a tricep shot and even though other get away with it, not me. I just tried bicep with a tiny amount of prop/gso blend… and not only does it feel like a noob muscle it’s SUPER tight and super sore but not in the similar way a bad shot goes. It’s just a super sore/tight feeling bicep. I can still power thru using it but it does hurt more than I’d like. Debating doing it again, but I may just shoot Masteron in there instead.

I went back to back days with TNE shots left and right calf . Was kind of debilitating but went about my day like normal . Anything else like prop, cyp in the calf it’s almost none existing I pinned the calf.i pin just on the outside slightly in right in the meaty part of calf. I notice lately iv been switching out the draw Needle for a new one to inject. Goes in with less force as I pin slow not jab

Side note, I hope to never have to pin my tri,bi,or chest because I don’t know what issues built up tissue can coause me.i run prop most cycles so I pin 4-6 times a week at times. Eventually I’ll try lats and traps

Bicep and triceps are not fun… at least to acclimate them in my experience unless you are a MASS MONSTER. I did shoot my bicep recently and the pain was perfect until 48 hours later. No swelling… but it feels like the sorest muscle you could ever have and it gets really tight if you straighten the arm. However… it’s not anything like quad or glute issues. Triceps for me… was disastrous. Couldn’t bend arm inwards… massive swelling, loss of all definition and I could barely flex the muscle itself.
Shit happens. Chest… oohhhh that’s a sensitive area for me even slin needles hurt in certain areas… so no thanks.

Delta and glutes seem to be the best for me
