Lowering Test Levels for TRT Bloodwork

I have been B&C for a while and self administering TRT, and looking to get a script for traveling and overall health purposes. I have bloodwork Thursday 10/20, and took my last 65mg injection of Test E Friday 10/14 (150mg / week total).
I have read up on other forums on protocols to lower test levels, but wanted some more input. Would 6 days of no injections, extreme workouts, and 50mg of winny ed help crash these levels temporarily?

These are great questions. I am actually curious as well because I am preparing to increase and my clinic is sending me for labs soon and know roughly the ball park I should be in. So I'd also like to know so they keep me on

test e wont be out of your system by the time you get your bloodwork done? even at 150mg a week for me, i capped the test chart, over 1500. it takes about a month to leave you system?

I’m interested as well to eventually go the route of doctor administered and monitored TRT..

You could always start at a mens clinic (expensive but they seem to give TRT to anyone) then transfer to your regular doctor after a couple months of having a legit script.

Intense workouts won't do anything to lower your T. I'd suggest going to a TRT clinic, explaining you're on T, then getting a script from a local doc. Any remotely competent doctor will see your low T and check your LH/FSH and see that it's undetectable. Problem is, if your LH/FSH was truly undetectable, you'd have essentially no test in your system.
