Alright so I just met with a couple docs over the last couple weeks and my joints are beyond fucked, painful pops and cracks waking me up at night. I’m blaming years of low E2 naturally (only been confirmed in 2016, 2018,2019 we’re talking 10-12 pg/ml on average in spite of normal test, well guess what a high T/E ratio is trash apparently. Don’t see a reason why I’d have had higher E2 in the past)
I’m 31yo 6’3 205 single digit bf% year round, literally dick skin always, girls love it but they would like it less if they knew I need cialis & pomegranate juice to function.
Docs told me that more weightlifting is an absolute no go for now. Clearly my focus should be on rehab, well first and foremost I’ll definitely listen and cause no more harm. But my E2 ain’t getting anywhere without drugs.
E2 has only come back above 30 on HCG mono when I’ve tried that for a couple months. It’s only been above 40 on 200ish mg/wk of test back in 2017. And yeah back in those days I could fucking squat heavy and do all sorts of things like my joints were smooth peanut fucking butter. Hopping on and off TRT didn’t change shit for Test and E2 likewise. Same damn numbers pre/post. Actually if anything my T/E2 ratio “improved” from damn 80 in 2016 to 50ish as of last fall.
What would y’all do? I’m thinking that TRT for joints repair & E2 optimization sounds borderline reckless but I don’t see another better option. Plus I would at least preserve all my gains doing gay pushups and whatnot. It may speed up recovery to have higher estradiol for a year or two. That’s my rationale. And my hair seems to recede quite a bit which is expected when E2 is permacrashed, right?
Anyways.
Opinions? Isolated Low E2 seems to be rare AF online. Oh and before someone suggests “get fatter” well I’ve tried and got pre diabetic in no time, with the worst lipids ever no matter how clean the diet (I don’t bulk on cookies and pizzas that’s what I’m saying)
