What kind of proteins powders have y’all had success with that minimize bloat, gas, and intestinal discomfort ? I’ve heard whey isolate helps but I’m curious to what extent . Any experiences are welcomed

Try a non dairy protein supplement. Plant based protein has made leaps and bounds in terms of flavor profiles over the past few years. You could also not use protein powders at all and just eat more food.

Switch to collagen peptide 1 and 3 and add beef gelatin and some fresh pineapple juice for flavour and digestion. Example, 22g collagen, 20g beef gelatin 200ml fresh pineapple juice. Mix and drink immediately, do not let it sit. Add more juice to increase calories to meet your goals.

If I take whey concentrate I’m fuckin doomed. Gut is in serious pain and I’ll fart for about four hours. Isolate doesn’t do any of this to me. Completely symptom free. Game changer.

Isolate and isolate only

All others destroy me , casein is the absolute worst . It literally makes it so bad I cannot function
Also if you can find a protein bar without a shitload of sugar alcohol they work too
