Unless you are lifting 2+ hours everyday, intra-workout nutrition is really not that important. Just eat a pre-workout meal, don’t just drink a shake. E.g. low-fat Quark with some berries, maybe some added casein/whey, with a banana/apple.
To fully digest this meal and absorb everything from it in your gut will take some time - and you don’t need to sip some intra-workout aminos or whatever
. Tastes a lot better too.
And most Keto-Salts taste absolutely awful, they need to put so much other shit into the drinks to cover the disgusting vomit taste. I tried the KetoCaNa Stuff, it tasted like dry vomit, and was expensive as fuck.
Want to achieve ketosis quickly? Fast for 12-24 hours. Want to stay in ketosis even with higher [~100 gr]carb intake? Metformin. And being jacked as fuck helps a lot as well.
