Just how bad is D-Bol on the liver?

Honestly curious about this. I know you’re not supposed to use it for longer than 8 weeks, but toxicity wise, just how bad is it compared to say drinking a 12 pack of beer everyday?

Is it better to just find injectable Dianabol or are daily injections too much of a pain in the ass because of the short half-life?

And how much do products like milk thistle help negate the negative effects on the liver?

I mean their is a wide variety of different factors for example dosage, duration of use, individual susceptibility and the overall health of one individual over the other. It’s important to note that the liver has the ability to recover to some extent when the use of Dianabol is discontinued
Comparing drinking beer to steroid use is in no way comparable as they differ in several ways.
Dianabol is an anabolic steroid that can have direct hepatotoxic effects on the liver. It is known to increase liver enzymes and, in some cases, lead to liver damage or dysfunction, especially with prolonged or excessive use.
On the other hand, moderate beer consumption, when done responsibly and within recommended limits, is generally considered safe for most individuals. Occasional or moderate beer intake does not typically cause significant liver damage, especially in individuals without pre-existing liver conditions. However, excessive and chronic alcohol consumption, including daily heavy beer drinking, can lead to liver problems such as alcoholic hepatitis, cirrhosis, or liver failure.
