Is it possible to separate unconstituted powder from a vial?

Lets say I have some powder in a vial (HCG or semaglutide for example) but I dont want to use all of it, all at once - just a portion of it. Is there a way to safely extract (for example) half the powder for immediate use, while saving the other half? I know sterility and such are a big concern but maybe the community has a workaround

How long do you need to conserve the other half? It sounds like this can be done with simple BAC water. BAC water contains benzyl alcohol so it remains incapable of supporting bacterial growth for quite a while (months). The usual procedure is to draw BAC water from a sterile vile, inject into the sterile powder vial, mix + reconstitute. Then draw from the recon. vial as needed. Store in cool (fridge) place while reconstituted.

IE: Inject 2mL BAC water into 2000iu vial of whatever, then you've got 4 pulls of 500 iu (if you pull 0.5mL) to use over the month.
