A few days ago I did a 100mg 1cc injection into my delt of DHB. My right delt is swollen and quite painful. The swelling is primarily on the back side (where the tri connects to the shoulder) and through the rear delt. I’m definitely feeling a tiny bit of pain too in my forearm. I did another 1cc dhb only and had zero pip in my other delt. What has happened and how can I fix this? This shit is painful and it keeps me up.
