Hey guys, it’s Achilles. I was talking with Leo earlier about the amount of requests we get asking for tracking after 1 day of placing an order. I’m sure all sources agree when I say this. Please quit asking for tracking the day after you order.
We as sources need to dedicate time to real problems such as missing products, cracked vials, questions about our products, and packages that haven’t arrived in a week or longer.
If you want to see your packages that are on the way, please register your address on USPS’ site ( https://reg.usps.com/entreg/LoginAc...box/pages/secure/DashboardAction_input.action ) and you can track when a package label has been created and when it has been scanned.
We want to keep CS a priority, but these 1 day requests are making it hard.
