Impact of 2 week break in the middle of 12 week cycle?

Hello,

Dumb question here but I appreciate any insight!

I plan on starting a 12 week Test E cycle. However, I will be travelling for 2 weeks next month and won't be able to take the gear with me. Would there be any negative consequences from starting the cycle for 4 weeks, then take the 2 week break, and come back to complete the remaining 8 weeks? Thank you

You should start your cycle after you’re finished traveling.

- test e takes about 2 weeks to clear out of the system (in my experience).
- test e took around 3-4 weeks to start showing some effects (in my experience)

Your best bet is to ship your gear to where you’re traveling to. If you’re not comfortable doing that, it’s best to just wait until you’ll be able to run the entire cycle without any hiccups.

  • Test E – 400 mg per weeks 1-10
  • Nolvadex at weeks 12-16, Split 40/40/20/20
  • TUDCA every day weeks 4-10

I would run the testosterone 12-16 weeks minimum. TUDCA will not be necessary. You do not need to run 40/40/20/20 nolvadex protocol. 5-10mg ED for 5-6 weeks should be fine.

Assuming nolva is for PCT, then yes that looks fine. That is pretty small for pct though, you may want to add in HCG or clomid. If you want, you could bump test to 500mg. Have an AI on hand incase you experience high estrogen.

It's my first time running a cycle, so just to be safe I was planning to keep the Test E dosage on the lower side. My updated plan is:
  • Test E: 400 mg/week for 14 weeks
  • Nolvadex: 10 mg/ED for weeks 15-20
  • Clomid: 50 mg/ED for weeks 17 and 18, 25 mg/ED for weeks 19 and 20
Would this be a decent cycle if my goal is to gain 5 -10 lbs of mass (current weight is 146 lbs at 19.5% bodyfat)? Thanks again

At 19.5% BF, I suggest cutting down to around 15% body fat before you start your cycle. If you want to start the cycle regardless, keep in mind that 5-10lb of mass gained has to do with your training / diet, not the drugs. Get your training and diet dialed in and you will see results. Don’t rely on the drugs to do all of the work.

Run the 1st 4 weeks… try to time out so you pin the day you begin vacation. 2 weeks isn’t that long. Even assuming half life of 8 days, that means at 12 days, you are still 25% trough . Being your 1st cycle , it will take 4-6 weeks to really kick in anyways… I would also time out the training so you are going into the vacation fully trained and your body could use the 1st week to really heal up…….restart cycle on the day you return.
