Sup yall, just putting this out here that im fairly new to this and I'm very receptive. I would like to further my knowledge about this and meet some awesome ppl in the process.

Again please correct me if you can, I won't take it personal, it's what I need to here.

38/m 340 350lb. (I've had a very poor diet, I know) lowest I hit was 245 then pushed back up due to life...depression anxiety all that great stuff. I never can seem to hold a solid schedule which makes me feel a bit down. (Such as life lol)

When I was younger I've tried a cycle with my buddy ( prime time days ) and during the end our pct never came through so we lost the gains..told myself next time I ever do this I'm doing it right.

Mindset of this came in again recently and I'd like to fully turn a new leaf. I'm here to share what I'm going through so I can receive the best input to better my situation.

I'm looking for a mentor or someone who'd feel up to guide me thru a run. Dm me if your willing to. I will repost if I do get someone to mentor me. So I won't waste others time.

Basically help me understand how to get blood work n what to look for on the results, create a low budjet meal plan. Foods expensive I know.

I can give more info if needed. Just wanted to get my voice out there. I'll be here for a while. Plz feel free to DM. I will answer back I do have kids so give me a sec to reply.
